AVVINAMENTI was born as a concrete translation of the editorial experience of Daniele Sottile who published the book of the same name in 2020The idea is to bring the producers and their wines to the centre of a network of relationships and gastronomic, artistic and entertainment proposals that are not limited to the space of a single event.

Sommelier AIS – Communicator – Event manager

AIS certified sommelier for 20 years, always on the front line alongside producers driven by a great passion for wine. Since February 2016, teacher at Eataly Milano, speaker at Politecnico di Milano. Since 2022, journalist at Italian Gourmet and teacher at Congusto Gourmet Institute in Milan. He also collaborates with La Cucina Italiana. On November 25, 2020, he published his first book 'Avvinamenti', the result of a meticulous search for the perfect balance between food and wine. An essential combination to be able to tell the story of wine.

Sergio Ronchi

Sommelier, journalist and food and wine expert

From a passion for wine and food he delves into the topics and since 2000 he has become an AIS sommelier. ONAF taster for cheeses as well as specific insights and studies on many Italian excellences. A journalist and food and wine blogger, he has collaborated with various online newspapers and many articles are currently on the web. He has managed many wine introductory courses in Milan, Bologna, Padua and Treviso. The search for novelties in the wine field with food / wine pairings and the study of the best national productions in the food sector and raw materials complete the picture of a great enthusiast.

Filippo Greco Garattini

Milanese, born in 1990, always passionate about technology and social media. In 2019 he founded Gregara Consulting, a communication and social media management agency, combining his interest in digital with his great passion for the world of wine. For years, he has dedicated himself to the communication and organization of wine events, collaborating with leading names in the sector and managing events in Italy and Europe. Since 2022 he has been working with Avvinamenti, where he takes care of social communication and event production, actively collaborating with the team.
